Southside Eagles Football Club is seeking a passionate and proactive part-time Community Football Manager to lead and strengthen our engagement with community team players, families, coaches and schools. This role is central to building a vibrant, inclusive, and connected football community that aligns with the club’s values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the club’s U6-U12 MiniRoos program including pre-season initiatives and events, regular training sessions and game days.
  • Support volunteer coaches through engaging content and development opportunities.
  • Foster relationships with local schools to help drive a love of the game.
  • Support safeguarding, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives across all age groups.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience in coaching junior football with a C license preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A genuine passion for grassroots sport and community development.

Desirable:

  • Experience in community engagement or event coordination.
  • Experience with social media and content creation.

This is a part-time role and applicants must be available evenings and Saturday mornings during the football season.
