Southside Eagles participates in League 3 of the FQ Academy Program.
The FQ Academy provides skilled players with a clear pathway to reach their potential, whether aspiring to play at the elite level or simply striving to be their best on the field.

Fees include:
• FFA-Accredited coach for all training sessions
• Technical Director providing oversight and direction
• Structured FQ Academy performance program
• Player Assessments
• Game recording/analysis
• Official Southside Eagles training shirt
• Playing shirts and shorts (these remain the property of Southside Eagles)
• All training and playing equipment
• Game-day field set-up, pack-down and maintenance
• End of season trophy and participation in trophy day event
• Insurances and administration
• Team Photo
• Access to physio
• Inclusion at FQ tournaments (subject to FQ scheduling)
Not included in fees:
• Southside Eagles shorts and socks (required) which are available from the Uniform Shop for an additional cost
• Shin pads (required)
• Soccer boots (required)
Trials:
• Open trials will be held in October 2027 as per Football Queensland’s mandated schedule
• Trials will be held to fill positions for all teams listed above
• Players cannot attend trials if there are fees outstanding from 2026
