Managers are an important part of the team

The managers role is to keep the team organised and support the Coach by keeping parents/players informed of what is happening.

This includes:

  • Keeping a detailed record of each player’s names, parents’ names and contact details
  • Communicating relevant information so that players/parents know the following:
    • Training days, times, venue
    • Game day, times, venues
    • What time players should arrive for games
    • Arrange rosters for players to bring fruit and wash team playing strips
    • Bring water bottles to the games (U13 and up only)
    • Confirm and communicate game day “Field status” regarding field closures
    • Coordinate club “team photo” day
    • Liaise with club secretary to communicate club information as required
