Here’s everything you need to know to finish up the season:

- We would love to see all of you join us to celebrate the season at the Volunteer and Staff End of Season Celebration on Saturday 20th September (after Trophy Day) at the Memorial Park Clubhouse
2. Uniform and Equipment Return:
- All kits and equipment need to be returned to the club in a timely manner after you play your final game
- All kits must be washed before they are returned
- All cones, balls etc must be returned in the training bag
- Please note that teams cannot receive their team photos until kits are returned
- You can return kits to the Memorial Park uniform shop on the following dates and times only
- Volunteers give their time to manage this process

Wednesday 17th September 4:30pm – 6:30pm
- Thursday 18th September 4:30pm – 6:30pm
Saturday 20th September 9am – 2pm (Trophy Day)
Wednesday 24th September 4:30pm – 6:30pm
3. 2026 Season Expressions of Interest
We have opened expression of interest for all 2026 teams as well as expressions of interest for performance team trials (eg: FQ Academy and Kangaroo teams). Some MiniRoos may be able to re-register your whole team for next year. Visit southsideeagles.com for all the details, or come and visit the sign-up team at Trophy Day on Saturday September 20th.
