The Role
As Technical Director, you will:
- Lead and Elevate: Drive the technical strategy for the club, ensuring excellence across all programs. This includes compliance leadership, setting and implementing plans for growth.
- Develop and Inspire: Mentor and support coaches, instilling a shared philosophy of development, discipline, and enjoyment.
- Build Culture: Champion a culture of inclusivity, respect, and high performance, ensuring our players, coaches, and families feel connected and proud to be part of the Southside Eagles.
- Shape the Future: Design and deliver pathways that help players and the club achieve their potential.
About You
We’re looking for a leader who is:
- Passionate about developing youth players and fostering a lifelong love of the game.
- Highly experienced in Football Queensland club audit processes.
- Possessing a current A license (or working towards).
- Experienced in technical football leadership, with a proven record in player and coach development.
- Skilled at building programs, pathways, and cultures that lift everyone around them.
- Collaborative, innovative, gets hands-on and is ready to leave a lasting legacy at one of Brisbane’s most ambitious clubs.
- Highly organised with exceptional communication skills.
