Payment/Forms

Registration fees are due and must be paid at the time of sign-on. No player will be allowed to take the field to play any game until fees are fully paid and paperwork completed in full.

Payment Options 

Eftpos and credit card facilities are available at sign-on.  Alternatively, you may pay by direct deposit prior to sign-on.

Please note that you must include the name of the child for whom payment is being made and the age level. This notation can be made using the "reference" or "text" field available when using internet banking (eg. H Smith U9).
The treasurer will issue a receipt after checking the bank statement.

Our club sign-on form is available from the links below - please fill it in and post it to us as this will greatly assist in processing on sign-on day. Please note it will still be necessary to complete Football Queensland documents at time of sign-on.
