Coaches and Managers

The Club places a priority on developing the skills of all players and teams. This is best achieved by coaching and enhancing the skills of each coach.

The Junior Director of Coaching oversees in excess of 50 junior teams.  The junior director's role is to provide training to coaches and oversee the assessment and grading of the junior competition teams.

All other coaches are volunteers.  Additionally, each team requires a manager who is responsible for the efficient administration of the team throughout the season.  These people are the lifeblood of the club. Their contribution is vital to ensuring that all players and their families have an enjoyable and rewarding season.
